Every workout begins with a good stretch. Take a moment and stretch your body now. The Physical Purpose is our bodies and the good habits we develop to preserve them. Daily stretching not only feels good but it can help relieve stress and is grounding. While you stretch, visualize yourself as a tree, or your favorite animal or bird, or a mountain, rock or body of water. Change it up every day.
