Each week you will receive a new lesson in your email inbox.  Each exercise will work-out your Purposes and help you achieve a balanced and integrated life.

Sneak Preview of Week 1 - Stretching

Every workout begins with a good stretch.

Take a moment and stretch your body now.

The Physical Purpose is our bodies and the good habits we develop to preserve them. Daily stretching not only feels good but it can help relieve stress and is grounding. While you stretch, visualize yourself as a tree, or your favorite animal or bird, or a mountain, rock or body of water. Change it up every day.

Let's also stretch our other Purposes:

Inner - passion, instinct, coping skills - self-gratification
Analytical - intellect, ego, curiosity - self-definition
Relational - love, peace, integration - self-acceptance
External - creativity, societal interaction, gratitude - self-expression
Higher - wisdom, spiritual connection, hope - self-knowledge
