Week 2 is Warm-Ups. These are practices you can mix in to your daily habits to help you stay balanced.
Week 3 is Phase I. We'll work those problem areas as we climb to higher intensity.
Week 4 is High Gear. Get ready to really look inside and see how you can live a happier, more fulfilling life.
Week 5 is Cool Down. This week we'll learn the best ways to let things go.
Week 6 is Relaxing. We'll have that peaceful feeling at the end of a workout in all 7 Purposes.
